This program, led by Dr. Cheryl Priest and Ms. Margaret Desormes, offers students the unique opportunity to visit and learn at the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre, the Infant/Toddler Centers, and the Early Childhood Centers near Reggio Emilia, Italy. The program will also travel to Venice, Lucca and Florence, Italy.
This site is designed to help students and their families find information about our trip including our travel plans, links to places that we will visit, readings and assignments, and more. Each student will have a page where their learning goals and trip updates will be posted for others to read.

The Loris Malaguzzi International Centre...
The Loris Malaguzzi Centre, opened in February 2006, is a dedicated meeting place where professional development and
research intersect for people in Reggio Emilia, Italy and the world who wish to innovate education and culture.
The Centre is an international place open to all ages, to ideas, different cultures, to hope and imagination. A place of the possible, both necessary and useful for the concept of a city ascribing value to change.
